I had an outstanding experience with Fab Cut Systems. I purchased a used Fab Cut plasma table through a private sale, and even though I wasn't the original owner, their team treated me like a valued customer from day one.

They helped me get the table set up, made sure everything was running properly, and took the time to train our entire team on how to use the software correctly. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made the whole process easy and stress-free.

It's rare to find a company that provides this level of customer service, especially for equipment purchased second-hand. I highly recommend Fab Cut Systems to anyone looking for a plasma table backed by excellent technical support and customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We renovated our high school shop recently to include a Welding and Fabrication Lab. With our renovation we chose a Fab-Cut Plasma machine after a recommendation from another shop teacher. The CNC plasma from Fab-Cut has worked very well but what has been the most impressive with our purchase has been the customer service! Shawn offered us an online system orientation day which got us started and after that supported our questions in a very timely manner through phone calls and emails. Its been a great experience and I highly recommend their systems.

We happily received our new Plasma table at Mohawk College and we are very pleased with it. Thank you to the Fab-Cut team for a smooth and painless transition from our dead Lockformer system to a new Fab-Cut system. Every step from quoting to commissioning was a pleasant professional experience. I am very happy with the performance and straightforward user interface. I can see why Fab-cut has so many systems in educational facilities. Fab-cuts recommendation on the package we purchased was spot on for our needs!

I can't say enough good things about the service and support that I have received from Fab-Cut. Rene has always been a gem to deal with. Recently, although our cutting table was bought several years ago, Shawn walked us through a new issue we were having and didn't stop helping until we were up and running again. This type of service is a throwback to the old days or service and support, that one simply doesn't find these days. I am truly impressed, they really stand behind their products!

I have to write to express how glad I am to have come across this company. I purchased a used Fab-Cut table and this company has treated me the same as if I purchased it new from them. They provided top notch training, updated my software and made sure that my machine was running at 100% for me. My previous machine was hit and miss for quality but I have to say that my modular table from Fab cut has given me great cuts every time. I don't have to think about cut settings. It just works. And their software add on for quality small holes is worth every penny. I no longer ream or re drill small holes. I never knew plasma could be so consistent. Thank you Shawn and team for a great product, great support.

We bought our table a little over a year ago and it has been great! Its easy to use and maintain and if I have any questions or concerns the staff at Fab-Cut is above and beyond. Dealing with Shawn or Ken for little questions on how to increase my cut quality or just little tips or tricks to help with nesting parts has been incredibly valuable. When it comes to getting consumables or parts, they have been amazing. They respond quickly and parts are shipped without delay. They keep a good amount stocked for consumables and Ann has been great finding those hard to find consumables for some of our other plasmas. Thanks Fab-Cut for the great work

We shopped around before purchasing our table, and could not be happier that we chose Fab- Cut! Rene was great to deal with and Shawn has been amazing.

Their training and support are second to none. Problems have been few and far between but even 3 years later it was a phone call and we were back up and cutting in an hour.

Highly recommend joining the Fab-Cut family. Fabulous products and service!
