The Q-Torch Auto Change System enables fully automated changing of plasma torch heads and is a key innovation for achieving a fully automated plasma cutting process. By minimizing downtime, increasing system availability, and significantly improving efficiency, it helps operations run more smoothly and productively.

For applications with frequent changes in cutting tasks, manual intervention is no longer required. The system allows equipment to operate at full capacity and can run almost entirely without personnel. An unlimited number of docking stations can be configured and easily adapted to specific production requirements, while QR code–based tool identification ensures the correct technology is always selected for each cutting task.

Designed for use with Q-Series and iQ-Series plasma cutting systems, the Q-Torch Auto Change System is easy to retrofit and compatible with both 2D and 3D guidance systems. It also supports bevel cutting applications, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of production needs.
