G121C, article number .11.848.421.145C is designed for mechanized CNC plasma cutting of low-carbon steel at a current of 300-400 Amps.
Its task is to control and swirl the plasma-forming gas around the electrode and direct it further into the nozzle. Clogged swirler channels are the reason for shorter electrode service life. A damaged swirl ring can cause poor cut quality.
