Nozzle housing G3018, article number .11.848.201.1618 is designed for mechanized CNC plasma cutting of stainless steel and aluminum at currents from 60 to 160 Amps.
The shroud positions, protects and holds the nozzle and swirl ring in place while directing coolant flow to the outer surface of the nozzle. The nozzle casing has a ring that is designed to install a screen on it so that its hole is coaxial with the nozzle hole.
