G4350, article number .11.848.401.1550 is designed for mechanized CNC plasma cutting of low-carbon steel at a current of 280 to 360 Amps.
The screen protects the nozzle from double arcing during burning and accidental contact with a metal sheet. It also provides a supply of protective secondary gas at the nozzle exit and determines the direction of the plasma arc. The design of the protective screen is made in such a way that it allows it to withstand elevated temperatures from a plasma arc without structural changes or deformations.
